About this role
Duties: 1. Prepare and cook menu items for human guests according to recipes and SOPs 2. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. 3. Handle general kitchen cleaning: dishwashing, floor cleaning. 4. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and comply with NEA/SFA food hygiene standards . 5. Manage ingredient prep, stock rotation, and minimise wastage Coordinate with service team on orders during peak weekend hours
