We’re expanding our showroom team and are looking for positive, responsible individuals who want to grow with us. This isn’t just a retail job — you’ll gain real exposure to e-commerce operations, branding, customer experience, and sales communication in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities • Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression and guide them through the showroom to enhance their shopping experience • Assess customer needs by asking relevant questions and recommend suitable mattress and sleep products to meet those needs • Communicate the brand story and product benefits clearly to help customers make informed purchase decisions • Support daily showroom operations by organizing displays, restocking products, and assisting with inventory management • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional showroom environment to ensure a welcoming space for customers and staff • Collect and document customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and product offerings Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and confident attitude when interacting with customers and team members • Show responsibility by being punctual, committed, and willing to learn new skills and take initiative • Ability to commit to a long-term role is preferred but not mandatory • Students are welcome to apply Other Information • Working Hours: Every Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm • Compensation: SGD 12 per hour, CPF provided
