Windows Infrastructure Engineer

10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in Insurance / Financial Services environment. Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. Strong experience in VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration. Experience in production support or Site Reliability / Operations environment. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience managing critical incidents and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience in scripting / automation using PowerShell preferred. Presentation and documentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Key Stakeholders: Infrastructure Operations, Cloud CoE, Engineering, Internal / External IA, Tech Risk and Business
