Woodlands / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager (Main Con, HDB Project)

• Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information. • Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts. • Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process. • Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities. • Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.
