Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our lead lists • Use our proven call framework to engage leads and build genuine interest • Book qualified client appointments and confirm schedules • Track all call activity and follow-ups in our CRM system • Join regular coaching and performance check-ins Requirements: • Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent • 1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles • Willing to learn, take feedback, and apply new techniques • Motivated by targets and personal growth • Eligible to work in Singapore Your Benefits: • Pay: $10–$12/hour based on experience • Appointment bonuses on top of hourly rate • Intensive training that equips you to handle any call with confidence • Be part of a growing team backed by a large marketing investment • Fully Remote: Choose 4 out of 11 available shifts per week. • Commitment: 16 hours per week (Four 4-hour blocks). • Shift Options: Mon–Fri (8:30–12:30 or 17:00–21:00) and Sat (10:00–14:00).
