Job Description: • Design and deliver workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and cost with long term business strategy. • The role combines workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to enable data driven planning and decision making. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling. • Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions. • Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost. • Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans. • Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives. • Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making. Requirements: • Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics. • Hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning. • Good understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis. • Experience in consulting or large scale enterprise implementations. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: • Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification. • Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments. • Exposure to HR or Finance transformation programs.
