Main Role and ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Supervisor is to ensure the efficient andeffective operation of the service department, providing high-quality serviceswhile maintaining a positive customer experience. • Supervise all Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. • Plan & manage all vehicle input & output. • Assign technician for servicing on vehicles. • Conduct SODB in the absent of OIC. • Support recovery (in / out premise). • Attend meetings with OIC. • Monitor all spares required. • Oversee the work of Automotive Technical Officers (ATOs) and work closely with Service Advisors. • Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide guidance and feedback to the team members. • Ensure that all services are performed at a high standard and in compliance with the industry regulations and safety standards. • Provide training and development opportunities for ATOs and other team members to improve their skills and knowledge. • Oversee maintenance and repair of service equipment and tools, to ensure they are in good working condition. • Address operational challenges and resolving issues as they arise. • Provide strong leadership, motivation, and support to team members to create a positive and productive work environment. • Any other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Required• Minimum of 2 years of relevent experience • Experience in the Automotive line is preffered • Good knowledge in ISO related management systems • Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Degree
