WSH Officer - Pharma EHS Standards

Role OverviewSupport EHS/WSH operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, focusing on routine operational safety, compliance, audits, and risk management in accordance with pharma EHS standards and Singapore regulations. Key Responsibilities• Review workplace risk assessments and recommend improvements • Ensure risk mitigation and corrective actions are properly implemented • Conduct self-inspections and internal EHS audits • Facilitate EHS committee meetings and follow-up actions • Perform gap analysis against pharma EHS standards and local regulatory updates • Support continuous compliance and safety improvement initiatives • Liaise with internal stakeholders on EHS operational matters Requirements / Preferred Background• Preferably from Pharma / Biopharma / GMP manufacturing environment • Strong experience in routine plant operations safety rather than construction safety • Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and EHS compliance standards • Experience in audits, inspections, RA review, and EHS committee coordination • Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills • WSHO certification preferred / relevant EHS qualifications advantageous -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
