Youth Worker Salary: $18–$22 per hour Location: School-based assignment Contract: 12 Months (Jul 2026 – Jul 2027) Extension: Option to extend for an additional year Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays Requirements• Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or related disciplines • At least 1 year of experience working with youths, adolescents, or students requiring additional support • Experience in schools, social service agencies, youth programmes, or mentoring initiatives is advantageous • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to engage positively with students and support behavioural development • Comfortable using technology and maintaining documentation records • Able to work collaboratively with school personnel, parents, and stakeholders • Responsible, professional, and committed to student well-being Key Responsibilities• Support the implementation of student engagement and intervention programmes • Build positive mentoring relationships with identified students • Facilitate group activities, discussions, and reflection sessions • Conduct small-group interventions and student support activities • Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and social-emotional development • Monitor participation and provide updates to relevant school personnel • Maintain programme records and attendance documentation • Participate in programme reviews and school-based initiatives By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your information to clients/business partners solely for job matching, recruitment, and placement purposes.
