Youth Worker (Yishun)

Youth Worker $20–$28/hr 18-month contract (Jul 2026 – Dec 2027) School-based role Requirements • Min. 2 years’ experience in youth work • Diploma/Degree in Counselling, Educational Psychology, Social Work or related fields preferred • Experience with secondary school students an advantage • Strong interpersonal & communication skills • Able to engage youths from diverse backgrounds • Passion for youth development & student support Responsibilities • First point of contact for student behavioural concerns • Conduct fact-finding & prepare incident reports • Support de-escalation, intervention & conflict mediation • Facilitate restorative conversations • Provide guidance within restorative practice framework • Build rapport and support at-risk students • Maintain documentation & confidentiality • Collaborate with school staff & stakeholders Working Hours • Mon, Tue, Thu: 8:30am – 5:30pm (incl. 1-hr lunch) • Wed: 8:30am – 3:00pm • Fri / HBL / selected school holiday days: 8:00am – 12:30pm • No work on weekends & public holidays By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your information to clients/business partners solely for job matching, recruitment, and placement purposes.
