Zouk Club Team (Part-Time)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Interested applicants may apply as a Zouk Club Team (Part-Time) in the following Departments. *Staff meal and uniform will be provided, part timers are also entitled to Food & Beverage discounts in the outlets *We welcome applicants with no prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided Service Crew / Bartender • Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control • Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware • Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed • Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards Security • Conduct security and bag checks on patrons • Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards • Protect and safeguard premises, assets • Provide customer service to all guests • *Candidate will be required to own PLRD license ROLE REQUIREMENTS • Possess relevant experience in the entertainment industry • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Possesses good customer service • Great team player *We do walk-in interview every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Redtail Bar by Zouk. 3C River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, Block C, #01-04, The Cannery, 179022
