Tips to Get Selected
- Understand cross-border payments basics. Nium's business is moving money across 190 countries. Knowing what SWIFT is, how nostro-vostro correspondent banking works, and why real-time payments (like Nium's direct integrations with national payment rails) are superior is excellent preparation.
- For SWE, Nium's backend is Java and Python. Understanding event-driven architecture (Kafka) and cloud-native patterns is valuable given Nium's infrastructure scale.
