1 Year Bank IT Business Analyst #BYR

Position OverviewSeeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the rollout of a confirmation matching platform across APAC. This role focuses on end-to-end functional analysis, project delivery, and driving transformation initiatives across multiple business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end study, design, and rollout of the confirmation matching platform • Define project roadmap, cost structure, and transformation strategy, including quick-win opportunities • Act as functional lead, ensuring alignment across front-to-back processes, regulatory requirements, and local market needs • Manage overall project delivery, including coordination across business, IT, and regional/global teams • Perform business analysis: requirements gathering, BRD creation, testing strategy, and UAT coordination • Work closely with development teams on solution design, implementation, and testing • Oversee IT architecture, data flows, and API strategy • Handle vendor management, procurement, and contract processes • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across operations and business units • Act as APAC subject matter expert and key point of contact for business lines • Lead governance, reporting, and steering committees, ensuring risks/issues are escalated proactively • Support training, knowledge transfer, and post go-live activities Requirements• min 5 years’ experience in investment banking with strong BA/PM background • Strong knowledge of capital markets (especially FICC, FX) and full trade lifecycle (front-to-back) • Proven experience in large-scale transformation or system implementation projects • Familiar with booking, P&L, risk, settlements, reconciliation, and accounting processes • Strong stakeholder management across front office, operations, finance, and IT • Experience working in global/matrix environments with regional and central teams • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Hands-on, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
