• Completing and reviewing work assignments and adjusting workload and resources periodically with the team. • Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation. • Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements. • Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead. • Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment. • Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team.
