About this role
• We are looking to engage a Contract Receptionist to support our front desk and office administration operations. • The role will include answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming mail and deliveries, • coordinating visitor registration, supporting meeting room and despatch arrangements, assisting with office events, and handling general reception duties as required.
