1 Year Contract to Perm/Perm Logistics Coordinator (Office hours) #HGN

Job Responsibilities • Replenishment of healthcare supplies at hospital’s site • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quality • Perform general warehouse activities • Handle general pick and pack activities in warehouse and at hospital’s site • Loading and unloading of goods in warehouse and at hospital’s site • Update replenishment activities in warehouse management system • Perform good housekeeping according to 5S & 7S in warehouse and at hospital’s site • Comply with standard operating procedures • Comply with health, safety and environment rules • To ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products when in transportation, redressing and storage according to GM, GSDP, Good Documentation Practice, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 • To monitor, coordinate, control and administer inventory replenishment services with warehouse and at customer’s site • To perform inventory management related functions such as monitoring slow moving inventory, maintenance of PAR stock levels & movements to ensure optimum level of stock and reporting • Required to move around all areas at hospital’s site; to perform stacking of goods • Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager Requirements: • Required to move between different hospitals • Minimum N/O/A Level • Require prior logistics coordinator experience All Interested candidates are invited to email your resume in MS Word format to: nerissa.goh@recruitexpress.com.sg Please include your full working experience, education background, notice period, expected salary.
