Location: Tengah Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am -6pm (May be required to work beyond 6pm and during weekends when necessary, only during peak period) Salary: Up to $3000 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: • Provide high quality customer service and professionalism when calling consumers to schedule appointments or for any matters • Take ownership of managing excel spreadsheets / database including updating schedules, works carried out etc in the system • Plan and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest updates in the excel spreadsheets / database • Actively collaborate with various stakeholders and teams when handling issues • Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory and timely resolutions • Continuously improve and enhance the spreadsheets / database for easier updating of records and generation of various reports • Generate reports for various stakeholders • Any other duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in any field • Prior experience in customer service or a related role • Strong communication and writing skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Macro, basic analysis) and comfortable working with large datasets.
