About this role
-Answering phone calls and calling customers to place orders -Issuing invoice and sorting orders accordingly -Liaising with inter-department regarding orders and deliveries and related queries -Respond to general issues and complaints -Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing -Handle phone and messages enquiries and orders -Alias with drivers regarding cash payments -Basic office cleanliness *No experience needed *Basic English and Mandarin speaking and writing required *Preferably staying in Bedok area as no transport provided *Detailed and Oriented and Punctual for work Working Hours: 5.30am-11.30am Work 3 weekdays and Sat (Working on PH is compulsory) Need to work extra hours during Chinese festival period (3 times a year) *Sorry to say only shortlised candidates will be contacted.
