About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and inter-company transactions. • Handle Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing. • Prepare payment runs, cash transfers, and financial reports. • Support GST, tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies. • Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc finance duties. Job Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. • Knowledge of AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
