2-Week Industry Exposure Program | Credence Low commitment. High clarity. Real exposure. Credence's Summer Exposure Program is a selective, 14-day immersion designed for penultimate and final-year students. This is a high-speed assessment of your fit for a career in Front-Office roles particularly Financial Planning, Wealth Advisory, Sales and Relationship Management. If you are considering a front-office role but want to test your conviction before committing, this program provides the mentorship, data and environment to help you decide. The Experience • Real Exposure: Sit in on actual client appointments to observe consultations and relationship management in practice. • Strategic Upskilling: Learn fund selection, wealth accumulation, financial planning and CRM prospecting. • Psychometric Alignment: Use Enneagram/DISC modules to map your personality to career success. • Direct Mentorship: Receive 1-to-1 career coaching from industry veterans. • Professional Certification: Sponsored professional paper upon successful completion.* Why Credence?
