About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms. • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct phone interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration. • Support other ad hoc recruitment and HR duties as assigned.
