About this role
Responsibilities • Engage stakeholders and business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and pain points. • Develop clear process workflows, use cases, user stories, user guides, and functional specifications. • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives using system to validate business solutions and processes. • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. • Support change management activities to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.
