Monday to Thur8.45am-6.30pm & Friday8.30-6.30pm • Managed day-to-day centre operations including enrolment support, fee collection, and customer service • Delivered front-line service by handling calls, enquiries, walk-ins, and visitor management professionally • Ensured compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures for all visitors and stakeholders • Maintained and updated administrative records, databases, and operational reports • Supported smooth functioning of centre administration, including correspondence and internal coordination • Ensured a safe and well-managed environment for children at all times • Coordinated office maintenance, equipment readiness, and vendor service delivery • Managed reception area operations and maintained high service standards • Built strong relationships with parents and stakeholders to support engagement and satisfaction • Assisted in financial administration tasks including petty cash handling and basic reporting We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
