About this role
Job Scope • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from policy members, HR representatives, and intermediaries via calls and emails in a professional and customer-focused manner • Provide end-to-end customer support with strong focus on first-contact resolution and timely follow-up of cases, feedback, and complaints • Support customers and intermediaries on the usage of company portals and mobile applications • Manage escalated cases and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve servicing and claims-related matters • Ensure accurate documentation, administrative support, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service standards Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre call and email handling • Familiar with contact centre systems and applications • Customer-oriented with strong communication and escalation handling skills • Experience in group insurance products and medical claims will be advantageous • Insurance certifications will be advantageous Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
