About this role
Location: Buona Vista Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours Pay: Up to $5500 Job details: • Supported daily treasury operations including cash pooling, bank reconciliation, and fixed deposit rate collation • Processed transactions in Treasury Management System (TMS), SAP, and bank portals in compliance with treasury policies • Assisted in bank account opening, mandate updates, and maintenance of virtual account banking access and documentation • Coordinated with banks, legal teams, and subsidiaries for timely execution and settlement of banking transactions • Monitored daily receipts and payments to ensure accuracy and timely processing of all treasury activities • Prepared management reports, Excel tables, Power BI dashboards, and presentation materials for reporting cycles • Managed intercompany loans and fund transfers, including processing, settlement, and documentation filing • Maintained proper documentation and records in SharePoint for audit and compliance purposes • Provided backup support to treasury team members for ad-hoc operational and reporting tasks Job requirements: • Min Degree in Accountancy or Finance • Prior experience 3 years in finance or treasury operations Interested candidates, kindly send a copy of your resume to: healthcare7@recruitexpress.com.sg Jessica Fong Zhi Tong [R1879124] Email Address: healthcare7@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599
