Accounts Executive – ProjectFusion (1 year Contract) Role Summary The Accounts Executive primarily will support Project Fusion across keyfinance pillars, including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Make (PTM),Source to Pay (STP), and Record to Reporting (RTR). This role involvessupporting finance data migration activities, coordinating with South Clusterfinance teams and support day-to-day accounting operations, including AccountsPayable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reporting,as well as payment processing, audit, and tax support, when needs arise. Key Responsibilities Project Fusion & Data Migration • Support Project Fusion initiatives across finance pillars (OTC, PTM, STP, RTR). • Participate in finance data migration activities, including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and documentation. • Coordinate with Asia cluster finance teams to obtain required data, clarifications, and timely responses. • Support testing, issue tracking, and resolution related to finance system migration. Accounting Operations & Reporting • Handlings South Cluster Asia BPC validation and consolidation. • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, verification, posting, and vendor reconciliation. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including billing, collections coordination, and customer account reconciliations. • Perform General Ledger (GL) postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. • Prepare and support financial and management reports in accordance with internal and statutory requirements. • Ensure accounting transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and accounting standards. Payment Processing • Prepare and process payments via approved banking platforms. • Perform payment checks, documentation, and follow-up on payment discrepancies. Audit & Tax Support • Assist internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents. • Support tax-related matters, including data preparation, analysis, and coordination with tax agents or advisors. • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit and compliance purposes. General & Ad-Hoc Support • Support period-end and year-end closing activities. • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and Project Fusion. • Perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications • At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations • Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and end-to-end finance processes. • Experience supporting finance transformation or system migration projects is an advantage. • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills. • Good communication skills with the ability to work with regional stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard finance systems.
