Job Summary You will manage comprehensive financial and administrative functions including accounts processing, reconciliation, payroll, HR administration, and internal controls to support operational efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately to ensure timely payments and collections • Perform financial reconciliations to maintain accurate records and support financial control measures • Administer payroll processing in compliance with Singapore statutory requirements to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation • Manage HR administrative tasks to maintain employee records and complete statutory submissions • Implement and monitor internal control and risk management procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance • Handle and update government agency applications and renewals to maintain compliance with statutory obligations • Utilize accounting software and online banking platforms efficiently to streamline financial operations • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payment and payroll issues • Organize and prioritize tasks independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment • Maintain high levels of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive payment and payroll information Preferred competencies and qualifications • Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll and statutory requirements to enhance payroll accuracy and compliance
