Position Title: AEIS Mathematics Teacher Company: ULC Academy Pte. Ltd. Location: Singapore Job DescriptionULC Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced AEIS Mathematics Teacher to prepare international students for admission into Singapore government schools through the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) and Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction aligned with Singapore MOE curriculum standards and supporting students in achieving successful placement outcomes. Key Responsibilities• Plan and deliver AEIS and S-AEIS Mathematics lessons for primary and secondary students. • Develop structured lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assessments, and mock examination papers based on the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus. • Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' academic strengths and learning gaps. • Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide targeted intervention strategies. • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of students from diverse educational and linguistic backgrounds. • Provide academic consultation and progress updates to parents and guardians. • Analyze examination trends and continuously refine curriculum content to improve student performance. • Participate in curriculum development projects and contribute to the enhancement of AEIS preparatory programmes. • Maintain accurate student records and prepare academic reports when required. • Support school events, academic workshops, and other educational activities organized by the academy. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at primary and/or secondary levels. • Familiarity with the Singapore MOE Mathematics curriculum and AEIS/S-AEIS examination requirements. • Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum materials and assessment resources. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Experience teaching international students will be an advantage. • Ability to conduct lessons in English effectively. • Passion for education and student development. Preferred Qualifications• Teaching qualification (PGDE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent). • Experience in preparing students for AEIS, S-AEIS, PSLE, or Singapore secondary school entrance examinations. • Experience using educational technology and online learning platforms.
