Job Summary Join as an Accounts and Admin Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial management, accounting processes, and business operations in an automation and manufacturing environment over 6-9 months. Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain financial records such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports to ensure accurate documentation • Update accounting data entries in accounting software to maintain data accuracy • Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial statements for reporting purposes • Assist in implementing new accounting software to improve financial processes • Collaborate with finance team members to complete assigned accounting and administrative tasks efficiently • Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Communicate effectively and solve problems to support team objectives and workflow Required competencies and certifications • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Preferred competencies and qualifications • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Proactive attitude with commitment to meet deadlines Other Information Benefits • Practical exposure to accounting operations • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals • Opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios • Certificate of completion and potential career opportunities
