About this role
Responsibilities • Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records • Update all receipts promptly in the accounting system to ensure timely financial tracking • Assist with bank reconciliation by verifying and matching bank statements with accounting records • Update bookkeeping and filing records to support organized financial documentation • Complete ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support the finance team Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate a proactive approach and commitment to meeting deadlines to ensure smooth financial operations • Maintain an organized work style and a pleasant, cooperative attitude to foster a positive team environment Other Information • Location: near to Paya Lebar MRT Station • Training will be provided
