We’re hiring an Admin Assistant to support training administration and event coordination. If you have good communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, or experience using digital collaboration tools, this role would be a great fit for you. Nearest MRT: Redhill Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary: $2580 - $3160/Month (Depending on qualification) Start Date: Immediate. What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage course registration for existing and new mandatory training programmes. • Compile training data and prepare learning reports for management review. • Administer learning curriculum and training arrangements for new hires. • Coordinate logistics and administrative arrangements for company events. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma holder. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Comfortable using digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Kahoot, and Mentimeter. • Previous experience in administration will be advantageous.
