About this role
• Handle administrative support role in a technical or engineering environment. • Manage daily administrative activities including document preparation, arrange logistical support and report generation. • Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively. • Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs. • Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times. • Support compliance with company policies and quality standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the division. • Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and record-keeping systems.
