About this role
• Supports and assist the Centre Manager in the delivery of administrative duties in the Centre accordance to established policies and procedures and comply to MOH standard regulations • Answer phone and walk-in queries with regards to the community activities and services provided by the Centre, and to provide appropriate referrals. • Process registration for admission / withdrawal including all the paperwork required for the process. • Administrative duties include completing new client intake and gathering supporting documents • Maintain the inventory of all surgical items, food rations, stationery, uniform & miscellaneous. • Maintain the Centre’s petty cash and cash flow records on behalf of the Centre Manager. • Handle receipt of payment, ensure bank-in and update Finance department • Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies • Arrange transport logistic for clients Requirements • Minimum GCE O Level • Minimum 1 year of related experience (administration & financial) in social service sector • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel) COMPETENCY AND PROFICIENCY LEVEL Must-Have Competencies - Billing Procedures – Level 2 - Change Management – Level 1 - Continuous Improvement Management– Level 2 - Emergency Response and Crisis Management– Level 2 - Excellence in Service– Level 1 Good-To-Have Competencies - Frontline Services Management– Level 1 - Management of Stakeholders– Level 1 Critical Core Skills - Service Oriented - Basic - Communication - Basic - Interpersonal Skills - Basic - Problem Solving – Basic - Teamwork - Basic *For more information, please refer to Technical Skills and Competency (TSCs) and Critical Core Skills (CCSs) in Skills Framework for Social Service Industry via this website https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/skills-framework/social-service
