About this role
This role supports the Administrative Executive (Front Desk & Operations Support) in providing a welcoming experience for clients while assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned. This role includes front desk duties and basic operational support, and is suitable for someone who is organised, approachable, and comfortable interacting with clients. Working Hours [Weekdays only] Fixed days: Mondays & Wednesdays 5.30pm – 8.30pm Other weekdays: Ad-hoc based on requirements between 9am – 6pm Key Responsibility Areas • Provide a warm and professional front desk experience for clients and visitors, including handling enquiries,scheduling appointments in the CRM system, and communicating with clients (in-person, calls and throughemails); • Process payments and maintain accurate records at the front desk; • Distribute and collect feedback forms or client surveys; • Provide general administrative support to Therapists; • Ensure therapy rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and ready for use, while supporting to monitor and replenish office, pantry, and facility supplies, and liaising with vendors or service providers for basic maintenance or repairs when needed; • Provide general administrative support as needed, including assisting with meetings or events, handling taskssuch as data entry and document preparation, and supporting the admin team during busy periods. Experience • At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Core Competencies • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other basic desktop applications (i.e. MS Outlook and internet tools etc); • Experience in Salesforce • Excellent communication skills Qualifications • Minimum ‘O’ Level/Nitec in Office Skills
