Responsibilities • Manage daily office operations to maintain smooth workflow and support team efficiency • Collect, compile, and accurately manage data using Microsoft Excel to support reporting needs • Develop and maintain reports using excel to provide actionable insights • Perform precise data entry and verification to ensure data integrity and reliability • Maintain proper record keeping in compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks to support organizational objectives Required competencies and certifications • Demonstrate strong administrative skills to effectively handle office and data management tasks • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions, to analyze and present data • Meet deadlines consistently to ensure timely completion of tasks and reports • Exhibit attention to detail in handling records and data to maintain accuracy and compliance
