Job Summary Support daily administrative, HR, and finance operations by processing work permit applications, maintaining employee records, preparing financial documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing general office support. Responsibilities • Process work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with regulations • Maintain accurate employee records and track attendance for payroll and reporting purposes • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and quotations to support financial transactions • Assist with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks to ensure timely payments • Coordinate communication and logistics with suppliers, workers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations • Draft reports, letters, and documentation to support administrative functions • Perform general office administration tasks to maintain an organized work environment • Manage daily administrative, HR, and finance duties independently and responsibly Preferred competencies and qualifications • Basic knowledge in administration, HR, and finance to support core functions • Familiarity with Microsoft Office to efficiently complete documentation and reporting • Experience of 2 to 3 years in the construction industry to understand sector-specific requirements • Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters as an advantage for regulatory compliance Interested candidate email the resume to "Liansooneng2020@gmail.com". with their resume and last drawn salary.
