Admin Executive [Grants & Funding | Up to $2,900 per month]Location: Ghim Moh Employment Type: Full Time, 12 month contract Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Range: Up to $2,900 per month, depending on experience and suitability We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to support programme funding administration, application processing, fund tracking, and reporting. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable handling administrative work, reviewing information carefully, and coordinating with external organisations. Responsibilities • You will assist in assessing and processing funding related applications from partner organisations. This includes checking application details, maintaining proper records, and ensuring that the required information is captured accurately. • You will support basic programme monitoring and compliance checks to help ensure that funds are used appropriately and in line with the intended purpose. • You will also collect and maintain data relating to fund utilisation and programme outcomes, and assist in preparing reports on fund disbursement and programme effectiveness. • In addition, you will provide administrative support for fund management activities and help coordinate communications with external stakeholders where required. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple applications or tasks at the same time. • Meticulous, responsible, and comfortable handling records, data, and documentation. • Experience in programme administration, grants administration, fund management, or application processing would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
