About this role
Key Highlights: • Office Hours: Mon–Thu 8.30am – 6.00pm | Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm • Work Location: Thomson Road, Singapore • Contract Duration: 1-year contract • Salary: SGD 2,580 – 3,160 • Support intake screening, case triage, and administrative coordination for Protective Service cases • Hybrid Work Arrangement Key Responsibilities • Conduct basic screening of cases referred • Perform data entry into case management systems • Draft responses to enquiries related to screening requests and intake feedback • Refer cases to appropriate agencies for support services • Carry out administrative closure of cases in relevant systems Operational Support: • Participate in reviews and process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency • Support case assessment and administrative functions within the Intake and Response team • Assist in any other related administrative or case management duties as required Key Requirements: • Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree / Degree with Honours) from an accredited institution • No experience required (entry-level applicants welcome) • Prior experience in the social service sector is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information • Good written communication skills for drafting responses • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
