Contract Duration: 1 Year (Temporary) Salary: $2,580 – $2,760/month (effective 1 July 2026) Location: Alexandra Road Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Coordination & Industry Engagement • Coordinate and support programmes such as workshops, webinars, and industry engagement sessions • Liaise with industry partners, associations, and external stakeholders to facilitate programme participation and collaboration • Prepare and maintain programme materials aligned with maritime cybersecurity developments • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of initiatives • Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue setup, and participant coordination • Support hosting arrangements for local and international delegations • Support digital outreach efforts, including content development and publication on LinkedIn and other platforms Operations, Finance & Process Support • Support procurement processes, including RFx coordination, vendor liaison, and contract documentation • Assist with budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting • Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment tracking in compliance with policies • Maintain accurate records for procurement and financial documentation Office & Administrative Support • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements • Support office operations including supplies management and vendor coordination • Assist in onboarding, training logistics, and staff engagement activities • Maintain structured documentation systems for operational and programme records • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate administration (experience in records/document management is advantageous) • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively • Comfortable supporting both operational and programme coordination functions Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
