About this role
Duration: 1 year Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays. Standby and shift work may be required Location: Central Your responsibilities include: • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and third-party services, including handling SFTP-based data exchanges • Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to meet complex business needs • Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems components/services • Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation • Configure and customise Salesforce platform features, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows to support business processes • Manage and maintain security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules in line with governance policies • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks, including proper technical documentation and version control • Participate in system testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth delivery and system stability Qualifications and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer • Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus • Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including: • Apex development • Visualforce page development • Lightning components development • Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations • Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred) • Configuration Experience, including: • Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration) • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows • Experience in report and dashboard configuration • Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus Required Personal Qualities: • Ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills with capacity to provide optimal solutions • Effective communication with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions • Ability to provide consultation on Salesforce solutions Interested parties, please click the "Apply Now" below.
