Admin Staff（Part time, Japanese speaking）

• Working days & hours: 4 hours/day, 3 times per week • Location: Central Job Scope: • Obtain quotations from suppliers regarding item details, quantities, prices and delivery dates • Placed order and issue a purchase order • Verify and approve expense reimbursement forms. • Cash Management – Bank transfers, accounts payable clearing, cash flow management, inquiry handling, and bank reconciliation. Job Requirements: • At least 3 years of working experience, especially admin & back office related job is preferred • Able to communicate effectively in Japanese, because the position requires regular coordination with various departments who are Japanese speakers at the headquarters in Japan.
