About this role
Hiring: Admin (Tuas Area) (Singaporeans / Permanent Resident Only) We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team immediately. Location: Tuas Work Schedule: 5-day work week Job Responsibilities: • Administrative & Documentation Management • Prepare and manage documents such as letters, reports, invoices, and quotations. • Handle data entry and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems. • Perform photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks efficiently. • Communication & Coordination • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally. • Handle inquiries and communicate messages accurately. • Coordinate closely with Customer Managers, Operations Managers, Sales Managers, and suppliers. • Inventory & Stock Management • Record incoming and outgoing inventory using manual GRN, Excel, or Autocount system. • Update stock quantities after every transaction. • Generate accurate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports. • Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained. • Financial & Record Accuracy • Prepare monthly petty cash reports for finance or management. • Collect and file original receipts or proof of purchases. • Verify that receipt amounts match payment amounts accurately. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Import & Export Documentation • Prepare documents related to import and export shipments. • Ensure all documentation is complete and properly organized. • Office Operations Support • Maintain office supplies and equipment. • Track office inventory and coordinate with vendors. • Support management team with daily administrative tasks. ✅ Requirements: • Basic proficiency in English • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) • Possess own transportation • Singaporean or Permanent Resident • Fresh graduates / ITE or Diploma holders are welcome to apply Salary & Benefits: • Salary: $1800 - $2300 (based on experience) • Additional allowances (Transport and Meal allowances providing) • Annual leave and sick leave entitlement
