Core Job Scope: Administration Manager (Construction)1. Site & Office Operations Site Office Management: Setting up and maintaining site offices (cabins), including managing utilities (water/electricity), IT equipment, and furniture. Resource Coordination: Managing the allocation of company vehicles, equipment, and fuel cards for project teams. Vendor Management: Liaising with suppliers for construction materials and site services; reviewing quotations and managing service-level agreements. 2. Documentation & Compliance Project Documentation: Supervising the "Document Control" process—ensuring all site drawings, progress reports, and variation orders (VOs) are properly filed and accessible. Regulatory Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for government bodies like MOM, BCA, NEA, and PUB regarding site permits and licensing. Permit Monitoring: Tracking the validity of various site-specific permits (e.g., Noise Permits, Overtime Exemptions, and Lifting Permits). 3. Payroll & Attendance: Verifying site workers' timesheets, OT hours, and allowance claims before final payroll processing. 4. Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Support Safety Records: Assisting the Safety Officer in maintaining training records (e.g., CSOC/Apply WSH in Construction Sites) and accident report filings (i-Report). Audit Support: Preparing documentation for ISO audits (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001) and bizSAFE certifications.
