About this role
Responsibilities: • Manage and organize project documentation, records, and correspondence. • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. • Handle general office administration tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining filing systems. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, site visits, and project milestones. • Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items. • Support the team in tracking project timelines and deliverables. • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters. • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and documentation. • Facilitate the flow of information between project team members. • Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders related to project operations. • Monitor and track project-related expenditures and maintain financial records. • Manage calendars and appointments for team members. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. • Provide ad-hoc support as required by the project or management team. Requirements: • Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Words/PowerPoint) • Good communication and organizational skills • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player • Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision. • Singapore License- class 3, 2B, • Able to work shift basis and week end aslo
