Job Summary We are looking for an agile, proactive, and results-driven Administration Executive to join our Planning-HR-Admin Department (Corporate Division). This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of administrative experience who enjoy a dynamic environment and want to contribute to operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives. Working location: Harbourfront, Singapore Working hours: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordination of employee training programmes and long-service awards • Manage corporate card administration and process air travel billing and related expenses • Support and drive digitisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows • Assist expatriates on international assignments, including housing arrangements and tenancy-related matters • Oversee office access control and security administration, including door access management • Handle staff issuance processes (e.g., access cards, office-related items) • Maintain and regularly update the employee directory to ensure data accuracy • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth day-to-day operations • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or similar roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) • Excellent coordination and organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Interested?
