Working Hours / Location • Better Work-Life Balance: 4 On / 2 Off! • AM Shift: 9am-6.30pm (with 1hr lunch break) • PM Shift: 12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break) • Shift pattern: AM AM PM PM OFF OFF AM AM PM PM OFF OFF • Thomson-Sin Ming Ave ; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT) Job Responsibilities • Responsible for the processing application of card applications • Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy • Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself • Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application • Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected • Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned • A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to multitask and handle high volume of work • Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work We regret to inform, only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted.
