Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide general administrative assistance including data entry, document filing, and preparation of quotations Manage emails, phone inquiries, and internal communications in a timely and professional manner Process equipment parts and maintain related documentation and records Office Coordination Support office operations including supplies management, logistics coordination, and basic procurement tasks Assist in maintaining organized filing systems and office documentation Reporting & Documentation Prepare and update basic reports and administrative records as required Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field 0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common IT tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take on a variety of administrative responsibilities
