About this role
Main Tasks & Responsibilities: • A Project Management Officer (PMO) Trainee in a Singapore-based aerospace company supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, the trainee ensures activities align with aeroexcellence standards, focusing on quality, compliance, and precision • The trainee assists in project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting, while supporting risk and issue management. • Trainee will be exposed to Organization and Quality management system, regulatory requirements, audit processes, and quality systems, and gain hands-on experience with project management tools in Production and Maintenance processes. • Through structured training and on-the-job experience, the trainee develops strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, preparing them to contribute effectively to aerospace projects with a focus on data accuracy and cohesion. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and improvement. • Openness to understanding business stakes, critical needs, and key activities to ensure achievement of the company’s objectives. • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and international teams. • Equipped with a can do attitude to drive for digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives, to drive change through automation and system integration
