1. Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing 2. Supply Operation : a) Handle enquiries from Distributors b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers 3. Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report 4. Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices 5.
