Key Highlights:• Contract Duration: 1-year contract • Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30 – 6.00 | Fri: 8.30 – 5.30 • Work Location: Changi Airport Terminal • Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 Key Responsibilities: • Ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities and works. • Manage and coordinate with key stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams. • Handle procurement processes works and general maintenance services. • Supervise on-site works, including projects, repairs, and routine maintenance activities. • Conduct regular indoor and outdoor site inspections to ensure compliance and operational standards. • Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and workplace productivity. Specific Requirements: • Diploma or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities or maintenance roles. • Possess a valid Class 3A driving licence (compulsory). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
